Shipping is free to the U.S. and Canada. All other countries will be charged shipping.
If you choose the at-home impression kit, it will come with a prepaid return shipping label. If you choose to have the impressions professionally made, you or your doctor will be responsible for shipping back. If you do use a professional, the impressions MUST be returned in a STURDY BOX to prevent damage.
All shipments from Nitro Ear are insured. Sales tax will be collected from Missouri residents.
The shipping time is generally less than 2-4 weeks for the impression kit. Once it is received back from you, the shipping time for the product will be 4-8 weeks for U.S. and Canada. All other countries MAY be longer.
